Blaise Senghor Cultural Center

Created in 1972, the cultural center is located on Boulevard Dial-Diop Dakar. There is frequently an event: a concert, an exhibition, folklore. It also has a bar and snack bar. It is also one of the rare cultural places to be located outside the Plateau. There is thus a very African atmosphere.
