Frankly, I liked it a lot, but I become disillusioned with each visit.
Tonight we go to eat a pizza and see the classico. We ask at the checkout if the match will be broadcast we say yes we order. Finally 2 honey goat cheese and 6 cookies. We end up saying that there aren't enough ingredients left and that it will only be a honey goat, and we have to change it. In the end, it comes back and there are only 3 cookies left, so we'll put muffins because it's the same price... it's true that when I go to the bakery and there's no more bread, they tell me to put me croissants because it's the same price…. and to close the broadcast match is not the right one and they can't change because the remote control is locked in the manager's office………

Disappointed!!!! I absolutely do not recommend! We order 3 pizzas to be delivered including 1 honey goat pizza. We wait 1 hour when we are finally called to tell us that the honey goat will not be available because there are no more ingredients! When asked why we are told this after an hour the person tells us that they had dropped the paper where our order had been taken. But where is the seriousness in that?? It is unacceptable!!! This is the 2nd time we order, the first time we were very disappointed but we wanted to try again for another chance but it's even worse!

I love Piccolo but they truly need to change their service! Service in this country SUCKS! Many times I order and they either change my order, not deliver my order or mistaken my order. Now they have been taking down from the delivery they used because of their common mistakes. This is how ridiculous one time it got, Deliver 80,000 worth of pizza without cheese. SERIOUSLY! What are you thinking? At least call to verify that I want to spend that type of money for bread with no cheese. Till this day not one Fran has been given for their mistake. Only reason I'm giving you a 2 star review is for the taste of the pizza and prize.
